Shippings FAQ
- After a payment has been confirmed, same day shipping is possible if stock is available and no customisation are required.
- Shipping will be carried out on the next business day if the purchased is made during Sunday or any other non-working days.
- Shipping to Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau areas will be carried out by SF Express and FEDEX for other oversea areas.
Region & ETA:
- Hong Kong (SF Express): around 1 working day
- Macau & Taiwan (SF Express): around 2-3 working days
- Other oversea countries and regions (FEDEX): around 3-7 working days, depends on countries, flights, custom clearance, etc.
Possible issues with customs and import tax for oversea clients:
- Import tax & Value-added Tax (VAT), as well as any other taxes related to your country are not included in the fees we charge you. If your country levies taxes on you, these fees will be borne by the buyer and must be pay in full to ensure the package arrive smoothly.
- It is recommended for you to contact the corresponding local custom authorities for more details on your country/city import policy as we cannot predict your actual tax rate.
- Under normal circumstances, the shipping is generally safe as every shipped product will be carefully wrapped and packaged. However, if your product suffer damage caused by freight, we can negotiate a solution within reason but we do not accept refund or return. Consider purchasing an insurance for the package if you are particularly concerned with the possibility of accident during transportation.
- If your goods cannot be successfully shipped to your country or being confiscated, seized, or returned to the place of shipment due to any laws and regulations in your country. We would not be able to provide return or refund for the above incidents. Please consult your local custom authorities with regards to the import regulations beforehand.
