本品採用 京都產 金襴 西陣織 作為主要材料，

西陣織是在京都西陣地區的高級紡織品的總稱，其中包含金線等多種色絲，編織成華麗耀眼的豪華織物整體紮實感重，質素非常高，高超的印染技藝和獨創的花紋給人一種和式的美感。

店主在日本物色各種高品質的西陣織布料後，交由香港的紡織匠人代為縫製成一個個美觀而實用的刀袋，

經改良後的間隔比市面上普通的日式刀卷更為實用！

可收納5把廚刀之外，設有兩個小格可收納料理小物例如盛箸或骨鉗等等..

Kyoto-made gold-lined Nashiji is used as the primary material for the Knife Roll;
Nishijin-ori is the general term for high-end textiles in the Nishijin area of ​​Kyoto. It contains gold threads and other coloured silks, woven into gorgeous and dazzling luxury fabrics; superb dyeing skills and original patterns bestow a sense of oriental touch.
Fabrics were acquired from Japan and then given to Hong Kong craftsmen to sew them into an aesthetically pleasing and practical knife roll.
Custom designs allow it to be more practical than its counterpart on the market. Besides the compartment for 5 knives, it also has 2 small pockets are tools like fish scalers, tweezers, etc.
