💬This series has recently been updated; a new treatment method is employed to allow the Kurochi finish to appear to be even more black and less likely to wear off.

Kurouchi-finished knives with SG2 as core steel are a rare sight on the market as most of them are made with high-carbon steel. This allows for easier maintenance and kurouchi-finished connoisseurs.

The hammered finish adds to the dragon-scale-like aesthetics. A thin profile results in excellent cutting performance but also requires careful usage.
