🔰何謂Coreless Damascus(無芯大馬士革鋼)？
這種鋼材以壓延技術將VG10和VG2不銹鋼相互接合，每層金屬只有30〜40微米，通過多層摺疊工藝形成極其均匀及纖細的晶體結構，從而提高了切割力和鋒利耐久度。
（官方數據：與VG10相比，切割力是1.5倍，耐久度是2倍）
一般來說普通的大馬士革鋼廚刀，通過三枚合結構下，以軟鐵增加整體靭性，所謂大馬士革亦只是附加在軟鐵上，只有裝飾的效果。
而無芯大馬士革鋼（Coreless Damascus）可是說是真正意義上的大馬士革鋼，通過科技及折疊工藝，把廚刀達到無需三枚合結構的新高度。
這是一個大家還沒有熟悉比較新型的鋼材。

For these knives we use many layers of Takefu Specialty Steel‘s signature VG10 and VG2 steels and laminate them using a proprietary rolling process. Reducing carbide size to the absolute minimum possible makes for a material with both higher attainable sharpness and toughness than normal VG10 steel.
