Time flies and it's been 10 years since we established this brand! To express gratitude for the continuous support, we have invited Nigara Hamono to host this event with us. Their Master Sharpener "Atsushi Maruyama" will visit Hong Kong to greet fans and customers! Almost every exquisite blade by Nigara Hamono is shaped by Maruyama san.

We will be showcasing and selling 10 Premium and Exclusive works, as well as Special Edition Knives and Souvenir. Participants can ask for photos as well as signatures from our craftsman. Questions regarding their work or sharpening can also be asked if time allows.

In order to provide a better shopping experience, this event is Reservations Only. Each time slot has 6 places only hence limited in number.

We will collect a 500 HKD deposit to prevent NO SHOW. Booking will be confirmed once we received the deposit.

🔻Please Note:

▪ Customers applying for the same session will be arranged according to the time which they applied. Those who booked earlier get to choose first. Everyone is limited to one special edition knife purchase.

▪ For purchase over 2000 HKD, patrons can choose either a Nigara baseball hat, a Nashiji t-shirt, a tenugui or a postcard (1 out of 4), each patron is limited to 2 pcs of free souvenirs. Available while stock lasts!

▪ We recommend those outside the F&B trade to try to avoid the time slot at around 1530-1730; we would like to save these quotas for chefs who still have to work hard on public holidays.

▪ This event is booking only and does not allow walk-ins. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

▪ To ensure fairness, each customer will be limited to booking a single timeslot only. E.g. booking multiple sessions, book one session multiple times, or book multiple sessions with different accounts. Once discovered, will be banned from participating the anniversary and not have their deposit returned.

▪ When you submitted the form and made the payment, it means you understand and agree to follow the rules and details of this event. In case of disputes, Syoukon Hamono reserves the right of all final decisions.
