🔻義弘作 銀三鋼 梨地 系列

刀胚由日本OEM工廠代工生產，最後由山脇刃物(郷右馬允義弘)進行後續的刃付及刻字。由於不是手工鍛造的關係，售價只有堺市手工鍛造的銀三鋼廚刀的三分之一，
以品質合格的銀三鋼廚刀來說，這把刀的性價比非常高！而且刀身表面也做了梨地處理，顏值也算是不錯。刀柄方面，使用「黑水牛輪鉄刀木八角柄」，相比其他品牌的相同產品所使用的刀柄又更好一些。
