Return Policy
1. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Receiving Notice
- All products are inspected and properly packaged prior to shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- If you suspect any damage during transit or discover any issue upon receipt, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos showing the outer packaging.
- Customers are strongly advised to record the entire unboxing process without interruption as important evidence for determining responsibility.
- Please retain all original packaging materials, including boxes, labels, documents, and accessories.
2. Return / Exchange Request Period & Principles
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
- Requests based on personal or subjective reasons will not be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges are limited to products with substantial defects or damage existing prior to shipment.
3. Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be unused.
- Products damaged due to use, cleaning, or improper handling are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- All original packaging and accessories must be intact.
- A complete unboxing video is required; failure to provide such evidence will result in rejection.
- Minor handmade marks on kitchen knives are not considered defects.
- All returned items are subject to inspection by the Company.
4. Refund Policy
Only products confirmed by the Company to have substantial defects or damage are eligible for exchange or refund.
Except as stated above, all products are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation, exchange, or refund will be accepted.
6. Currency & Exchange Rate
All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The Company is not responsible for any loss arising from exchange rate fluctuations or payment platform fees.
