Return Policy & After-Sales Service
1. Pre‑Shipment Inspection & Receiving Guidelines
- We make every effort to inspect and securely package all products prior to shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- If you suspect any damage during transit or notice an issue upon receiving the package, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the outer packaging.
- We strongly recommend recording the entire unboxing process without interruption as this serves as key evidence for determining responsibility.
- Please keep all original packaging, boxes, documents, and accessories.
2. Return / Exchange Request Timeframe & Conditions
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Requests based on personal preferences (style, color, dislike, change of mind, etc.) will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable for products with substantial defects or visible damage that existed prior to shipment.
3. Eligibility Requirements
- The product must remain unused.
- Products damaged due to use, cleaning, improper handling, or misuse are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- All original packaging and accessories must be fully retained.
- A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is required; failure to provide such evidence will result in rejection of the request.
- Minor handmade marks on handcrafted items are not considered defects.
- All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by the Company.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for products confirmed by the Company to have substantial defects or damage and that meet the return eligibility requirements stated above.
For cases not caused by product defects (including but not limited to personal reasons), if the product has already been shipped, the item must first be returned and inspected. Upon confirmation that it meets the return conditions, we will deduct the round‑trip shipping costs and 10% of the product value as an administrative service fee, and refund the remaining balance.
If you request cancellation and a refund before the product is shipped (including but not limited to ordering the wrong quantity, selecting the wrong product, or other personal reasons), we will deduct 5% of the total order amount as payment processing and administrative fees, and refund the remaining balance.
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, you may request cancellation if the product has not yet been shipped.
If payment has already been completed, any approved cancellation and refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable fee deductions stated in this policy.
Once the product has been shipped, order cancellation will not be accepted.
6. Currency & Exchange Rate Information
All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The Company shall not be responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by payment platforms.
