Important Notice to Customers in the United States

Due to U.S. government regulations regarding import tariffs and customs clearance, please carefully review the following information before placing your order.

All goods shipped to the United States from outside the country are subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and any other taxes or fees required by U.S. law. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping fees charged by us.

Based on our current understanding, kitchen knives imported into the United States may be subject to import duties of up to 56%, as determined by U.S. Customs.

If any import duties, taxes, or related fees are incurred, they must be fully paid by the buyer. Failure to do so will result in the package being unable to clear customs or be delivered.

📦 Shipping Methods to the United States

1️⃣ FedEx

We have temporarily suspended FedEx shipping services to the United States.

2️⃣ DHL

• When the shipment arrives at U.S. Customs, it will remain on hold during processing.
• Customs clearance and delivery will proceed only after all required import duties have been fully paid.
• Failure to pay the duties in a timely manner will prevent the package from clearing customs.

❗ Important Policy

• Returns caused by refusal to pay customs duties cannot be accepted.
• If the recipient refuses to pay duties, or if the carrier is unable to contact the recipient, resulting in customs clearance failure and the package being forcibly returned, all return shipping costs, handling fees, and related charges will be borne entirely by the buyer.
• In such cases, if you request to cancel the order, we will deduct the round-trip shipping cost and 10% of the total order amount as an administrative service fee, then refund the remaining balance.
