I. Order Processing & Dispatch
- If the item is in stock and no customization is required (e.g., handle replacement or custom sheath), shipment will be arranged within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- If the item requires customization or special handling, the dispatch time will depend on the actual production schedule. The estimated timeframe will be notified separately.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day in sequence.
- In case of out-of-stock items, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events (such as severe weather, flight delays, or customs inspections), customers will be notified of any shipping delays.
