Every regular‑priced knife comes with a warranty card. During the one‑year warranty period, you are entitled to one complimentary standard sharpening service.
⚠ Clearance items are not eligible for free warranty sharpening.

Standard Sharpening Service

Blade length (cm) × HKD 10
Blade length is measured as a straight line from the heel to the tip.
Standard Sharpening Includes:
- Diagnosing the condition of the blade
- Straightening the blade where appropriate
- Grinding and correcting the primary bevel
- Applying a new secondary micro-bevel
Suitable for knives that are dull or lightly worn, without major structural damage.
Additional Repair Work (Individually Quoted)
- Rusting
- Chipping (approx. 2mm or more)
- Broken tip or heel
- Distorted blade shape and profile
- Mono steel
- Heavily thickened bevels
- Polishing to a finer finish (high-grit or stone finish)
Some knives require repair beyond standard sharpening. These items are always assessed individually. You will receive a clear quote before any additional work is carried out.

Lead time: 2–7 days, depending on complexity and current workload.
