A warranty card is provided with the purchase of any regular-priced kitchen knife. Within one year from the purchase date, customers are entitled to one complimentary maintenance and repair service.

⚠ Clearance items and single-bevel knives are not eligible for free warranty service.
⚠ Severe chipping or extensive thinning may incur additional repair charges.

After the warranty period, discounted service rates apply:
・Double bevel knives: $100 / service
・Single bevel knives: $150 / service
