SPG STRIX uses a refined carbide distribution and a blend of strengthening alloying elements to achieve this balance of wear resistance and cutting feel while remaining more manageable to resharpen than many steels in the same performance tier.

Each knife displays a glittering new tsuchime hammer pattern with a clean hairline‑polished edge, creating a dynamic contrast that stands out on any prep bench.
