The latest series from Yaxell, introduces ”HANA”.

This is the first time they have launched a knife series with a Japanese octagonal handle. Lightweight and flexible. The handle material is made of Pakka wood: water-resistant, hygienic & enduring.

This series utilizes MOVAX (AUS-10) steel core and has been heat treated to a hardness of around HRC 58; good corrosion resistance and easy to sharpen. The surface of the blade has been sandblasted, giving it a simple and elegant appearance.

An exceptional tapering of the blade provides superb sharpness, and the polished finger grip improves comfort during use.

The low Japanese yen exchange rate makes the price of this new series even more attractive, much better value than similar products from other brands! Highly recommend this knife for home cooks or beginners.
