Description
Among the more experimental and visually striking pieces in this batch, "Trinity" feels calm and restrained. It is also the one that stands closest to a traditional gyuto profile. Its proportions are clean, elegant, and refined — with a clear focus on balance and practicality rather than decorative flair.

At its core is Apex Ultra, a new-generation high‑carbon steel known for its excellent performance. The stainless steel cladding enhances corrosion resistance and simplifies maintenance, while preserving the cutting qualities of the core steel. Ksawery Szymczak’s signature S‑grind geometry improves food release and reduces resistance when cutting through denser ingredients, maintaining a thin and precise edge throughout.

What truly sets this knife apart is its handle construction. The bolster is composed of three elements: two sections of black zirconium alloy with a stainless steel spacer in between. The assembly demands precise alignment, allowing virtually no margin for error. The result is a clean, seamless, and technically refined transition between blade and handle.

The handle is crafted from stabilized mulga wood, a dense material with fine, subtle grain. Chosen for its durability and controlled character, it complements the blade’s classical proportions with understated elegance.
