Fujin is a hand‑forged knife series by Yu Kurosaki and is produced in extremely low numbers. This petty knife features a diagonal tsuchime pattern, a tapered spine, and an SG2 steel core. It is a fairly all‑round, nimble, functional petty knife that offers plenty of flexibility, whether in a home or professional kitchen. This series is extremely rare on the market, and there is only one piece available.
