💬Zanmai’s speciality is to fuse the essence of traditional craftsmanship with modern machinery. This Chinese cleaver uses SG2 core steel and has been given a simple kasumi finish. It also has a unique handle design, superb finishing touch and sharp tapering. This knife is ideal for practical users.
