Our latest exclusive collaboration with Xinguo.

This series features Baker Forge’s Riptide and FireStorm patterns. The Damascus core is forged from alternating layers of 1084 and 18N20 steel, then clad in copper Damascus. The combination creates strong contrast between the different metals, with depth and movement running throughout the blade.

The blade profile is highly distinctive, blending the influence of traditional Japanese swords with Western tactical design. A false edge along the spine exposes the core steel, adding controlled movement to the layered pattern. Combined with the sori curve and sharp kissaki, the design gives the blade a quiet authority—like a katana reinterpreted through a Western lens.

Careful polishing and controlled acid etching bring out warm bronze tones across the grey Damascus and darkened steel. As the blade moves, the layered pattern shifts with the light, recalling the final glow of sunset.

This distinctive finish gives the knife its name, Twilight.
