Hatsukokoro Yoshikane SKD12 Nashiji series

This is the preferred knife series of “Triple Star”, a contestant of the “Culinary Wars” reality show, who managed to take the spotlight with his remarkable knife skills and kitchen techniques.

Hand forged in the workshop of “Yoshikane Hamono” in Sanjo, Niigata, this blade has the perfect balance between weight, flexibility, as well as good edge geometry.

The knife adopts a SKD12 steel core, enabling the knife to form an acute edge and hold it. 4% chromium content makes it slightly more corrosion-resistant than typical high-carbon steel, and no need for constant de-rusting.
