KONOSUKE GS+ Series

Unlike the GS+ Nashiji series, the KONOSUKE GS+ is the lightest and thinnest model in the KONOSUKE lineup. Designed for effortless cutting and precise control, its finely convex ground blade glides through ingredients with minimal resistance, offering a smooth and highly responsive cutting experience.

The blade is made from a semi stainless steel with a hardness of approximately 61 to 62 HRC. It provides excellent edge retention while being easier to maintain than traditional carbon steel. Its exceptionally light construction makes it ideal for fast, precise prep work and cooks who value agility and control.
