Senzo SPG STRIX Kurouchi Tsuchime Series

Consist of a SPG STRIX steel core—a latest-generation steel from Takefu Special Steel—this blade is renowned for its exceptional sharpness and superior edge retention. Achieving a remarkable 65 HRC hardness, it offers impressive corrosion resistance while remaining relatively easy to sharpen.

The blade features a classic kurouchi finish with a tsuchime texture, which not only provides a rustic aesthetic but also enhances food release. It is paired with an octagonal handle crafted from zebra-patterned pakkawood, whose woody texture ensures a secure and comfortable grip during use.
