Description
Xinguo RWL34 Series
The blade is forged from a single piece of RWL34 steel and hand‑finished to achieve perfect straightness along its entire length, ensuring precise, effortless slicing performance. The edge features a meticulously tuned convex geometry that balances extreme sharpness with excellent durability, ideal for clean sashimi and fillet work over long services.
On the back side, the ura is carefully forged out, then ground to be even and consistent, allowing the blade to release food smoothly and easier maintenance. The entire blade face is brought to a single, flawless mirror polish, creating an elegant visual presence at the counter.
RWL34 is a powder metallurgy evolution of ATS34, produced by Damasteel®, a world‑renowned Swedish steel manufacturer. Named after the legendary knifemaker Robert W. Loveless, this steel offers outstanding toughness, long‑lasting edge retention, and excellent corrosion resistance, making it especially well suited for precise kitchen work.
